Our Chilean consulting group is headed by Zandra Valenzuela Delgado. Zandra is a Practicing Chilean attorney. She is a graduate of the University of Chile Law School (The Harvard of Chile), and studied Public International Law in Europe. Zandra is currently a professor of Public International Law at Catolica University in Temuco, and the Austral University in Valdivia, Chile
