The translation and interpretation department of Spencer Global is headed by Sandra Delgado-Fuss. Mrs. Fuss is recognized as one of top  certified professional translators in South America, and easily one of the top five translators in Chile. Mrs. Fuss has conducted live simultaneous interpretation for everyone from the Dallai Lama to international corporations negotiating billion dollar deals. She has also provided live interpretation of witness testimony and document translation for U.S. courts.  She is formally the head of the translation department for the American Electric Company PP&L in Chile. Mrs. Fuss has been honored several times in recent years by being called  on to provide the live simultaneous interpretation of The Oscars in Chile on national television.

In addition to our team of professional translators, all legal translations are reviewed by Chilean Attorney Zandra Valenzuela, founding partner and head of the legal department at Spencer Global. Mrs. Valenzuela is herself a fully qualified and experienced translator. Zandra Valenzuela studied International Law in English in Europe, and before earning her law degree at the University of Chile worked as a professional translator. At Spencer Global, Mrs. Valenzuela practices law in equal parts Spanish and English on a daily basis for our international clients. She is frequently asked to provide legal opinions regarding Chilean law to United States Courts, foreign law firms, and for other official government proceedings. Her law practice at Spencer Global is focused exclusively on representing foreign clients in Chilean legal matters.
