Zandra Valenzuela is the head of the
legal department for Spencer Global consulting and is a professor of
international law at several law schools in Chile. Zandra is a
graduate of the University of Chile ( the Harvard law school of
Chile), and has studied International public Law in English in
Europe. Zandra has spoken English her entire life and is as
comfortable practicing law in English as in Spanish for our numerous
foreign clients both inside Chile and internatioanaly.
