Online payment of Chilean Property or Real Estate tax is now possible from anywhere in the World through Spencer Global Chile.

Spencer Global now provides online property tax payment service to foreign owners of real estate in Chile using most major international credit cards from anywhere in the World.

How Paying Real Estate Tax in Chile works:

1.You send us a copy of your property tax ROL number.
2.We verify the amount due with the Chilean IRS ( This can be monitored online from outside the country site at: http://www.sill.cl/ ).
3.We send you an invoice to make payment with your credit card or deposit directly to our accounts for the amount due and our service fees.
4.Once your payment clears to our accounts, we make payment in Chile to the IRS on your behalf.
5.When completed we will forward a copy of the payment receipt for your records.
6.You may also verify payment online via the sii.cl web site.

All that is required is that you know your ROL number of the property or properties you own in Chile.

If you do not know the ROL (normally appears on your title documents), we can assist you with locating and / or properly registering the ROL number of your property with the Chilean IRS first.
