As self-flattering as it would be to think every foreigner needing an attorney in Chile would only wish to hire us to represent them, it is likely impossible that we could handle all the work or solve every legal problem if they did. Chile Leads Latin America in Direct Foreign Investment so far in 2010, according to a recent U.N. Study. Chile passed both Mexico and Brazil. This is after suffering both a 8.8 earthquake and the effects of the ongoing international financial crisis. Chile managed to still have positive growth in the first quarter of 2010 and is expected to continue to grow through the rest of 2010.

In the days directly after the earthquake in Chile, Spencer Global was one of the only organizations in the effected earthquake zones of Chile with the capabilities and resources already deployed to aid victims of the earthquake and tsunami. Spencer Global began to mobilize immediately to help major aid agencies get assistance on the ground that were struggling to get set up in the effected areas. The Frutillar office is our second office in Chile, and complements our existing office in the city of Temuco.
