Pay Property Tax Online in Chile from anywhere in the World Paying property tax in Chile is a fairly easy task for owners, if you live in Chile. Paying property tax from outside Chile is a much more complicated matter, especially for owners that never visit Chile or only visit infrequently. If you fail to pay your property tax in Chile, your property can be put up for auction without notification of the owner outside the country. Spencer Global now provides assistance for paying your property tax from outside Chile online. The Chilean IRS (Servicio de Impustos Internos or SII) does not provide for online payment from outside the country ( http://www.sii.cl/ ). The Chilean IRS also does not allow for advance payment of property taxes, and in recent years has required that payments of property tax be made quarterly instead of yearly.
